I had the privilege of serving as Team Lead Manager during the Special Olympics World Games 2023 in Berlin—one of the largest inclusive sporting events in the world. In this role, I collaborated closely with organizing teams to support event operations, manage logistics, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple venues and activities.

My focus was on delivering a world-class experience for athletes, volunteers, and attendees, while upholding the values of inclusion, dignity, and excellence that define the Special Olympics movement. It was an incredibly rewarding opportunity to contribute to a historic event that celebrated the power of sport to unite and inspire.
